Refund Policy

At High Impact Academy, we are committed to delivering premium digital learning experiences for individuals, teams and organisations. Due to the nature of our digital products and subscriptions, we offer a clear and fair refund policy.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If you are not satisfied, email us at hq@upgrademyimpact.com within this timeframe.
Refunds may be granted if:
- Your request is submitted within 30 days of purchase
- The course, tool or resource has not been substantially accessed, completed or downloaded
- For subscriptions, the request relates to the unused portion of the subscription term
We reserve the right to assess access history when determining eligibility for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Fully accessed or completed digital products
- Subscription cancellations requested after the 30-day window
- One-off purchases of digital tools, templates or resources once accessed
- Gift cards or promotional purchases
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance. You may cancel at any time via your account or using the link in your confirmation email.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund unless your request falls within the 30-day guarantee.
Team and organisation subscriptions can be managed by the designated account owner. For help managing your plan, please contact us.
Technical Issues
If you experience access issues or technical problems, please contact our team before requesting a refund. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, provided the digital product or subscription has not been accessed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
