These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any services or products offered by High Impact Group Pty Ltd (ABN 40 682 923 128), trading as High Impact Academy. By accessing this site, creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Your membership may provide access to:

  • Downloadable tools, templates and frameworks
  • Live events, video briefings and expert interviews
  • Community discussions and advisor engagement
  • AI-powered advisors and structured guidance

Some services require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and keeping your information accurate.

3. AI Advisors and AI-Powered Guidance

Description and Use

High Impact Academy provides access to a set of AI-powered advisors, including Alex and other specialised AI advisors. These tools are designed to support professional development, structured thinking and decision quality through prompts, questions, frameworks and document review.

Each AI advisor operates within a clearly defined professional scope. Advisors may decline to respond to, or redirect, questions that fall outside their intended area of use.

AI advisors provide generalised guidance and insight only. They do not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, HR, compliance or other regulated advice, and are not a substitute for professional judgement or qualified expert consultation.

Document Review

You may choose to upload documents for review by an AI advisor. Any feedback provided is contextual, non-authoritative and non-exhaustive, and is offered to support thinking and decision-making only.

You remain solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and completeness of uploaded materials
  • Compliance with applicable laws, regulations and organisational policies
  • Decisions made or actions taken based on AI advisor outputs

You must not upload confidential, sensitive or personal data unless you have the right to do so and have assessed the associated risks.

Important Limitations

Use of AI advisors is at your own discretion and risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability or applicability of any AI-generated output.

AI advisors may refuse to engage with certain topics or requests, or may redirect you to another advisor or to a qualified professional, in line with their defined scope and safeguards.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to manipulate or bypass AI advisor boundaries or safeguards
  • Use AI advisors for unlawful, inappropriate or harmful purposes
  • Rely on AI advisor outputs as formal advice or authoritative guidance

We may suspend or terminate access to AI advisors where misuse is detected.

Data Use

Interactions with AI advisors may be logged and reviewed to improve quality, functionality and safety, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

4. Digital Products and Usage Rights

When you purchase a membership, you receive access to a range of digital resources including tools, templates, frameworks, videos and course materials. These are provided for personal or organisational use only.

You must not:

  • Resell, republish or redistribute our digital products
  • Use any content for commercial training or consulting without written permission
  • Use AI outputs from AI advisors for unauthorised commercial purposes

All intellectual property remains the property of High Impact Group Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

5. Community Conduct

Our community forums are designed for respectful, constructive professional interaction. By participating, you agree to:

  • Be respectful to other members
  • Not share personal, confidential or sensitive data
  • Not post offensive, unlawful or inappropriate content
  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to moderate or restrict access for any user who violates these standards.

6. Subscriptions and Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled before your next billing date. You can cancel at any time via your account dashboard or confirmation email.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided unless within our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund window from date of purchase, provided the product has not been substantially accessed or completed. Certain exclusions apply. See our Refund Policy for full conditions.

8. Legal and User Responsibilities

By using this site, you agree you will not:

  • Violate any laws or infringe intellectual property
  • Access restricted areas or systems without authorisation
  • Misuse AI advisors or attempt to override ethical safeguards
  • Copy, distribute or exploit any platform content without permission

You must be 18 years or older, or have parent/guardian consent. Users under 16 are not permitted to use this platform.

9. No Guarantees or Warranties

All content is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We make no representations or guarantees about specific results, including career progression, business impact or skill improvement.

You are responsible for how you apply the tools, courses and AI guidance.

10. Liability and Indemnity

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage or consequence arising from your use of this site or any services, including indirect, incidental or consequential loss. This includes outcomes from using AI advisors or other digital products.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High Impact Group Pty Ltd from any claims, liabilities, losses or legal costs resulting from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, templates, branding, software (including AI advisors), videos and frameworks are protected intellectual property of High Impact Group Pty Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute or adapt any materials without written consent.

12. External Links and Third-Party Tools

We use third-party tools for payment, analytics and platform performance. We are not responsible for content or practices of external websites linked from our platform.

13. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Queensland.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruptions, delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including cyberattacks, outages, pandemics or natural disasters.

15. Updates to These Terms
