How licensing works
Bespoke licensing for institutional partners
advantAIge is licensed selectively to universities, corporates, government agencies and training providers. No consumer subscriptions. Every engagement is scoped to your cohort, your configuration and your timing.
Why we do not publish a price list
No two deployments are the same. A 100-leader corporate cohort with custom coach personas and HRIS integration looks nothing like a 1,500-delegate university programme aligned to a master's degree, which looks nothing like a state government capability programme with procurement-ready documentation.
A retail price list would either be wrong for most engagements or so wide it is meaningless. We scope every engagement in a discovery conversation so the proposal reflects your actual deployment, not a published guess.
What you get back from discovery: a tailored proposal that names cohort size, configuration depth, deployment timeline, integrations in scope, and total commercial terms. No surprises in the contract.
What you get from discovery
Response to your enquiry within one business day
A 30 to 45 minute discovery conversation

No obligation, no pressure
What shapes the commercial scope
These are the variables we work through in discovery. None of them is a surprise after the proposal lands.
Cohort size
The number of delegates who will have full access to the platform across the licence term. Per-seat economics ease materially at scale.
Contract term
Annual licences are standard. Multi-year terms attract more favourable rates and lock in configuration depth without re-scoping.
Configuration depth
Custom coach personas, branded experience, custom knowledge bases, AI rate-limit pools and feature flag scope. Light configuration is included; bespoke depth is scoped separately.
Content library inclusion
Whether the High Impact Group content library (interactive tools, video briefs, frameworks) is included in the licence or whether your cohort uses your own content.
Integrations
SSO (SAML or OIDC), HRIS provisioning and LMS integration are scoped engagements. Most deployments do not require all three.
Faculty delivery
Faculty-delivered engagements with Chris McLaren are available in select partnerships each year. Allocated during annual partnership planning.
Typical engagement shapes by audience
Patterns we see most often. Yours will be specific to your cohort.
Corporates
Cohorts of 50 to 5,000 leaders. Annual or multi-year licence. Custom personas reflecting your leadership model. Branded delegate experience. Optional faculty delivery for executive cohorts.
More on corporates →Universities and Executive Education
Programme-aligned cohorts. Faculty-delivered or self-directed. Branded under your school identity. Outcome reporting against programme objectives. Reassessment cadence aligned to programme rhythm.
More on universities and executive education →Government Agencies
Public sector capability cohorts. Australian data residency, procurement-ready documentation, role-scoped reporting. Configuration aligned to APS or jurisdictional capability frameworks where relevant.
More on government agencies →Training Providers
White-labelled deployment under your brand for your corporate clients. Channel partner and revenue-share arrangements available where there is an established client book.
More on training providers →What every licence includes
The platform is modular, so cohorts only see the parts of the system that match the programme. But the underlying capability surface is consistent across every deployment.
Modules can be turned on or off per company via feature flags. The ones you do not need disappear from the delegate experience.
In every deployment
Future Readiness Assessment with scenario-based testing across 10 capabilities and 6 themes

Weekly rhythm: planning, execution, journaling and momentum check-ins
EOS-style operating system: Compass, Quarterly Commitments, Scorecard, Issues, To-Dos, Ownership Map, Weekly Pulse
Manager dashboards with three-lens reporting: Execution, Development, Alignment

Admin training and onboarding support
From enquiry to live cohort
A standard deployment runs four to eight weeks from contract to go-live. Complex integrations or heavily customised content take longer. We scope timing in discovery.
